Gram flour(besan)-150 gm(2 cup)\r
Ginger and green chilli paste-2 tsp\r
Semolina (sooji)-2 tbsp\r
Salt to taste\r
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp\r
Sugar-1.5 tbsp\r
Fruit Salt (Eno-unflavoured)-1 tsp\r
Lemon juice-2 tbsp\r
Cooking oil-1 tsp\r
Water(lukewarm)-1/2 glass(150 ml)\r
For Tadka or Tempering:\r
Green chilli(split)-3\r
Curry leaves\r
Mustard seeds-1 tsp\r
Asafoetida(hing)-2 pinch\r
Sugar-1/2 tsp\r
Salt to taste-1/3 tsp\r
Coriander leaves\r
Cooking oil-2 tbsp\r
